Norris FSG, Inc. (“NFSG”) is a healthcare consulting company dedicated to putting the client in control of its financial future by providing services that meet the client’s unique needs. Our employees, owners and associates have over 100 years experience in healthcare, and have worked extensively with all types of healthcare organizations across the United States: for-profit, governmental, not-for-profit and faith-based hospitals, systems and physicians.

Improving financial performance is in the forefront of every Board member, CEO, and CFO’s mind. How well net revenues, accounts receivable, long-range financial and capital planning, budgeting, and financing activities are managed impacts cash flow and bottom line performance. The organization’s ability to grow and respond to community need is directly impacted by financial performance.

A major factor is working with operational management to develop and execute operational improvement plans that achieve quick results. Operational buy-in and commitment to the improvements is crucial. It also includes correcting workflow, process and system deficiencies; addressing organizational issues, policies, procedures and controls; and developing reporting and tracking systems that assure measurement of, and accountability for, operating and financial results.
