Mr. Phil Norris has over 30 years experience in healthcare financial management and consulting. In his career, he has been; a chief financial officer for several hospitals, a regional financial officer for investor-owned and hospital management companies and has been in consulting for the last fifteen years specializing in interim chief financial officer engagements. His experiences during the past 20 years includes; financial turnaround projects, including; bond restructuring, mergers, sales, managing facilities through the bankruptcy process to a successful re-organization, and hospital closures. Mr. David Conklin is a Senior Consultant with more than twenty years experience in the financial healthcare industry. His strengths include operational analysis, corrective action strategies, financial planning and feasibility analysis, and staff training and development and information management. His most recent assignments have been as Interim CFO, Interim Controller, and Consultant for Operational Reviews and a variety of financial feasibility studies. Mr. Gregg Magers is a Senior Consultant with more than twenty years of successful healthcare experience in progressive positions in both proprietary and non-proprietary settings. He has broad experience at senior management level with a solid record of achievement. He is an excellent communicator, team player and problem solver with demonstrated success in; Acute & Specialty Care, Skilled nursing, Physician practice management, Long term acute, Rehabilitation and Psychiatric Care. Mr. Steve Wallace is a Senior Consultant for Information Systems, with over twenty years experience. . His strengths include Interim Management, operational analysis, corrective action strategies and system selection and installations. Recently, he has assisted hospitals in the re-engineering of operations to maximize the return on investment for information systems. This effort has focused on the development of decision support systems which provide the analysis for addressing the issues raised by managed care such as outcomes, treatment protocols, cost, and the profitability of product lines. Mr. Mike DuMont is a Senior Consultant for Patient Financial Services, with more than thirty years of management experience in the healthcare industry. He has worked extensively in all aspects of receivable management, patient access, and systems’ improvements. His most recent assignments have been as Interim Director of Patient Financial Services.
